A Good Start for Beginners

The 30 KG version of this weight set was packed in just 3 parts. (includes 2.5 kg x 4 and 5 kg x 4 plates)There were mixed reviews about the product so I was worried about ordering it on Amazon instead of a local shop.As you can see BULLAR brand is quite good for home gym set at this price.1. When you first unbox this, you might get a few sparkling silver dust on your hands and clothes from the bars, rods -- but that does not mean the quality of metal is bad. Its good stuff for this price.Use it with carrom board powder for first few days or why not just use the gloves included in this set !?!2. The weight plates seem oily when you first take it out from the plastic wrapping. Its good quality plates but just use the gloves for handling it for first few days -- just so you don't drop it on your feet (or someone else's foot).3. They have included extra lock for the bars so very happy for that New Year's gift.4. They all seem to be good enough to put on immediate usage.5. Gloves are free size and have a good design, for example at the end of the finger opening are two tiny flaps to pull out the gloves to take them off.6. The hand grips are meant for beginners so if you have been working out regularly, these are not very challenging.7. The skipping rope is for adult size and good for people of average height of 5'8" or 5'10" and maybe 6 feet too. Of course you may not be able to use it indoors if your residence / apartment ceiling is not high enough for it to move freely.All in all I am happy with the price Vs quality and courier company selected by Seller.

Product is good

The product is quite good for its price. Dumbbells are bulky due to size of plates. Those used to smaller dumbbells must consider. The finishing of the product was good. There is a smell due to rubber coating but I have noticed this with many rubber coated weights. Doesn't bother me.
