Shipping & Return Policy
Processing Time
All orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping : Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Our refund and returns policy last within 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned withing 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (14 working Days).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Partial Payment Policy – 30% Advance (coming Soon)
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free order process, we require a 30% advance payment for all purchases. This partial payment serves as a confirmation of your order and helps us initiate processing, packaging, and dispatch efficiently.
Why 30% Advance Payment?
- Order Confirmation: Your payment secures the item and prevents cancellations.
- Priority Processing: Orders with advance payments are given priority in dispatch.
- Fair & Secure Transactions: Reduces fake orders and ensures genuine purchases.
Non-Refundable Policy
Please note that the 30% advance payment is non-refundable in case of order cancellations or refusal at delivery. This policy is in place to cover operational costs and prevent misuse of the COD option.
Remaining Payment
The remaining 70% balance is payable at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery – COD). Please ensure the balance amount is ready upon receiving the order to avoid delays.
How to Pay?
You can make the 30% advance payment through multiple secure options, including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or wallets. Once paid, a confirmation message will be sent to you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {contact@bullarfitness.com} and send your item to: {122, Transport Nagar, Bulandpur Road, Jalandhar, 144012}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {122, Transport Nagar, Bulandpur Road, Jalandhar, 144012}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
